Scott's & Associates Llc is a proud member of the Natioanal Notary Association since 2006.

We offer professional  mobile notary and loan document signing service in Metro Phoenix, Avondale, Goodyear, Glendale, Peoria, Litchfield, Tolleson and the rest of Maricopa County.  As a certified loan signing agent we provide services to title companies, lenders, brokers, or anyone else in need of a notary public. Our slogan “Signing You in the Comfort our Your Home” simply means we provide mobile notary and signing services at your location at a time convenient to you.

Required Identification 

Scott's & Associates Llc. (SNA Llc.) Notary Services can use an identification card issued by the United States Government or a State, or Tribal Government. (A.R.S. § 41-311).

The card MUST be current and MUST contain the following:

  • Individual's photo
  • Signature
  • Written physical description 

 The ID card must meet all of these requirements.

 SNA Llc. can not use one ID card that has some of the requirements and another ID card that has the other requirements. The written physical description must contain, at a minimum, the individual’s height, weight, color of hair, and color of eyes. The identification card must be current.

Some specific types of identification cards accepted, providing they meet all Arizona statutory requirements, are the following:

  • Driver's License
  • Military ID Card
  • State Issue ID 
  • U. S. Government or State Agency ID
